Second Supper

This piece pays homage to two great loves of mine: Lord of the Rings and Leonardo Da Vinci! Thus I have fused the two together.  You might be familiar with “Second Breakfast”, so this ensemble has been dubbed the “Second Supper”. This piece was not created with any hidden symbolism or comparison between those depicted in the Last Supper and characters in Lord of the Rings. It simply takes the characters from Lord of the Rings and places them in such a manner that bears a resemblance to the Last Supper masterpiece.

This was an extremely fun piece to create and took over 85 hours to complete. I have the 24″ x 36″ version of the canvas hanging on my own wall at home. I hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as I do in your own home or office.
