King of the Dead

The way is…shut. It was made by those who are dead…and the dead keep it. The way is shut.  This piece depicts a scene of Aragorn recruiting the dead army as seen in the films. After breaking their oath to Gondor under Isildur’s rule, Aragorn gives the dead army a chance to redeem themselves by fighting for Gondor which ultimately leads to their rest in peace.
